I officially made up my mind in January that WLS was the right decision for me. I am currently 258 pounds and my highest which was about 5 weeks ago was 268. By May I hope to be under 250. My goal weight is 150. I'm very excited and would love any advice I can get!! (:

Hello Brooke,

My surgery is scheduled for April 10th and I am excercising everyday in order to make it a habit and to get in shape for my recovery.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
