lash44 313 Posted March 11, 2013 As a continuing struggle to maintain my post op weight, I just learned of this today, although some of you may already know about it. It seems Panera has a "secret" menu. You won't see it listed in the restaurant. You have to tell the staff you're ordering from the "Hidden Menu." There is a handful of very low carbs, high Protein options that look really good. Just ask the sever about the hidden menu. http://mypanera.panerabread.com/arti...s-hidden-menu/ Lash 2 Alex Brecher and N/A reacted to this

NtvTxn 1,262 Posted March 21, 2013 Ate there yesterday, I had a cup of chicken noodle Soup. 80 calories and I could not eat ALL of it. What I hate is they give you that yummy piece of bread. French or Italian......I am at goal and seldom eat bread unless we are eating out. YES, I ate it. It didn't hurt me, I track it all.....but this was hard, I just guessed on the bread when logging. Does anyone know how many calories are in the bread they include with soup?????
lash44 313 Posted March 23, 2013 NtvTxn, Panera has a nutrition calculator http://www.paneranutrition.com/ This should help. 1 N/A reacted to this

Fiddleman 4,376 Posted March 24, 2013 I am going to see if this menu is for real and try it out on my way home this afternoon. Been dying to exploit this place for healthy eating. Bwhahahaha.... Eating their chicken hummus salad. Really good!!!! No way I can eat like even 1/4 this, but I am thrilled to be able to eat here. When I mentioned wanting to eat off their secret menu, the cashiers eyes lit up and they were really pleased and excited to be selling it. People go eat off their hidden menu!!!! You won't regret it. Edit - no idea how mystery picture ended up below. 1 N/A reacted to this

johnlatte 1,232 Posted March 24, 2013 It's not really a specific "hidden menu". It isn't something that they keep under the counter that you have to ask for. Panera will modify just about any menu item to suit the tastes of their guests. Just just have to tell them what you want. I just did a one day internship at a Panera this past week, and we talked specifically about the "secret menu". It is just in the way you order something. Panera is big on making the customer's happy and this is just another way of doing so. You can order what ever you want, that is on their menu, any way you want it made up. 1 Fiddleman reacted to this
mvickyway 256 Posted March 24, 2013 I am so looking forward to trying the egg and steak salad! I told my coworker about the hidden menu and he didn't believe me. His loss!
