I am finally passed by liquid phase. Hallelujah! Lol. Only problem is, I still can't swallow all that well (there goes my social life, ta hee hee). Lol. But I feel great for the first time in 2 weeks, and I'm down 20+ lbs.

I feel crazy, I had my surgery six days ago and I feel a nauseating pain when I drink anything, I actually feel it all going down in stomach, is this possible or just me. Not to gung-ho on the pain liquid it tastes horrible. applesause is what I have been craving.

I had the same problem. Its called Esophageal Spasms. It will stop. Mine stopped about 5 days ago. The liquid phase is so hard. And now I'm on the next stage, and can't swallow all that well, so I stick to liquids. But its different now bcse i have the option, versus just pure liquids. Its all in my head I guess lol. You'll be fine, you are almost over that hump!

You made me laugh. My liquid phase shall die tomorrow and I can't wait! Like you said, I might now be able to tolerate much food but its having the option now. Congrats!
