Thanksgiving Is Depressing For Me!!!!!!!!!!!

I know it is really hard missing out on all the holiday meals. But it will be so worth it. I sat down to eat today and could only eat about 1/2 of a small plate of food. I thought one of the biggest things I am thankful for this year is my band. Normally I would have eaten like a pig all day long. I could not even eat a whole piece of pie. I do not make very good decisioins on what I eat. But I deffinitly cant pig out like I used to. So hang in there and remember this is your last holiday being over weight. Next year you will be a new peson on the outside and feel like a new person on the inside. Oh and the gas does go away. But man does it hurt while it is there. Maybe you should take some pain meds just to get a brake from it for a while. Good luck to you on your journey.

I just wanted to say thanks for eveyrone who posted to my ad....My family has been very very supportive of me and all 22 people here yesterday knew what I was going through BUT you guys were the ones who helped me get through the day and I just want to send out big hugs and kisses to all of you....I finally went to sleep last night and woke up this moring got on the scale and guess what? I WAS DOWN A TOTAL OF 10 LBS.....So it was worth the grief of yesterday....Thanks again everyone....Until Christmas, hahahha
