Kelly1334 52 Posted March 10, 2013 Happy to report 10 days out I've lost 24 lbs and no migraines! I couldn't be happier with my decision. It's been hard and I'm still not feeling 100% but ill trade these pains with Migraines any day! This makes 38lbs in total with pre and post of weight loss. I'm so motivated and I've inspired my family to get in shape too

I'm so motivated and I've inspired my family to get in shape too That is mind blowing! I am 11 days out and I've lost 15. But I bought a new fancy scale that measures your bones, body fat, weight etc. But every time I get on it says something else. Kindove discouraging. I am still in a bit of pain and still on pain meds so I'm not exactly a regular in the oval office if you know what I mean. I think they constipate you I'm wondering if that's a factor in the scale not budging too much in the last couple of days. I also haven't been getting all my Protein in. Im going to try getting all my protein in and see if that makes a difference as well. Do you mind me asking what your beginning stats are?
