Stomach Pain, ER Visit & Results: To much bending and squats!

Recommended Posts

The other day I am at work and this nagging dull pain in my stomach gets worse and travels. So I call the Dr. they send me to ER. Did a Ultra Sound Gallbladder clear, No leak in the staple line.... Come to find out the pain is a result of to much bending and squatting. Never in my life did I think I would have that problem. Anyone else experience this or something similar?

I had a situation a week or so ago where I had extremely sharp pains in my stomach. It was so bad I had to leave work. I drove home with my fist clenched because it hurt so bad. When I got home I tried to lay down but the pain wouldn't stop. I eventually took two pills of the pain meds prescribed following surgery. They eventually put me to sleep and when I woke, the pain was beginning to subside. The next day the pain was gone. I never figured out what caused the pain, I just assumed I ate something I shouldn't have e.g. rice. If the pain had not gone away I would have gone to the hospital.

Good to hear it wasn't something serious! I asked my doc because I was having tightness in my legs. He told me if you aren't getting enough Protein that can cause muscle aches. Also with MS I know too low potassium can lead to muscle cramps. Crazy what a slight deficiency can do to the body....
