delta_girl 931 Posted March 10, 2013 I still love these as a treat. The ones that I buy are 15 calories each and are fruit flavored. I never liked them before vsg but now I always keep them in the freezer. They are a perfect early evening treat.

Losin4good 690 Posted March 10, 2013 Its a treat for me. I have only had a few, because i rarely go to 7-11, but the first few months it helped me feel a little bit "normal" to be able to stop at a convenience store and actually buy something for myself on my way to a class
determinedone 5 Posted March 10, 2013 Slurpees and icees have a lot of air in them. May not be good for gas. I love the s.f. popsicles too. It is part of your daily intake.
pen 33 Posted March 10, 2013 sugar free popsicles were my savior in the beginning. I ate a bunch of them when I had trouble drinking fluids. I still like them but don't eat 4 at a time anymore. I figured it was no different than drinking crystal light. I'm glad to read my obsession with them wasn't unpopular.
