froggymama15@yahoo.com 24 Posted March 9, 2013 I had my surgery almost 10 months ago. Will be on the 16th. When I started my journey I weighed 390 pounds. When I weighed in yesterday, 245 pounds!!! I feel amazing! I never thought I would ever be back to this size. It is wonderful to go into a normal store( like Walmart) and buy clothes off the rack. I used to buy through a magazine. I still lose about 2 pounds a week.

froggymama15@yahoo.com 24 Posted March 16, 2013 I am very proud. It will happen and come off but it isn't easy. Watching my friends and family go places that I can't eat at, is more challenging farther out. I have learned to say "no" going through a fast food line. I thought, about 2 months ago, that I would just order some chicken nuggets, how bad could it be? Well it can be bad. I got sick and it was very painful digesting. I don't do that anymore. Lol. I think most of us test the waters at some point to see what we can handle, and what we just can't tolerate. For me greasy fried foods don't sit well (which is good thing for me) so I'm not tempted anymore. Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing
