I found the above link to a bariactric instruction document from Kaiser. Although it is on the band and bypass I find it very relevant to sleeve. What I like best is how they speak to the whole person physically and psychologically and they have tools to help work through emotions that can lead to overeating. By far one of the best and most inclusive support materials I've read.
