Three meals a day... No snacking!?

My binder and Dr. also says three meals a day, got mine day of orientation. It is hard sometimes but as of today v I'm back on track. Sleeved Feb. 27th down 61 lbs but only 5lbs for the month of may and i was not good at getting both my Protein Shakes in, i snackef more than i should of and my may results show it.

I was also told only three meals a day with atleast one off them being a Protein Shake. But a good part of my week i am working 16hr shifts so to keep going i will have a string cheese, small cup of cottage cheese, or Jello. Its survival for me

Its not really possible to get in the necessary calories with only 3 meals a day. I have been doing 5 meals a day bc the reality is that my meals are the size of Snacks. Smh. Loving my sleeve...had to throw that in!
