If your tracking your work out it automatically add calories, doesn't mean you have to eat them all. Normally when work out depending on what I do I stay between 800-1000 calories. On the days I don't work out I stay around 600-

BuffaloCarol 6 Posted March 7, 2013 When did everyone start to work out? I am 10 days out and I am feeling so tired all the time still. It totally bummed me out that on my post-op visit, I only lost 5 pounds from day of surgery. Carol

GlendaLee 44 Posted March 8, 2013 I just join Curves about 4 weeks ago, went here and there, but am now able to do the circuit 2 x as recommended, and I go 4 days a week for 30 minutes. MyFitnessPal adds 347 calories back into my 800 calorie goal. But I'm not actually sure what our calorie goal should be, but I'm managing well with 800 - 825...sometimes it doesn't appear I'm losing weight, but I just keep on trucking.... Don't get discouraged about the weight loss it will come. What I have learned about this surgery is you always loose in spurts, I stopped focusing on the weight loss and I concentrate on how I feel and how my clothes fit
