I worked twice today - once Zumba for an hour! And right now, I am at Famous Dave's BBQ and I ate totally healthy and Just the right amount! And I don't feel cheated...I feel strong and powerful!

Awesome! I love Zumba... Talk about losing calories a fun way! It's great that when you are eating out that you chose healthy foods and a healthy portion, that can be a struggle... Looks like you are rockin that sleeve!

I almost talked myself out of Zumba...I was so tired and I had already worked out at lunch! Glad I didn't, though. I felt so much better after!

Zumba is a fun way to work out! Especial with friends!

Yeah, Famous Dave's is pretty good stuff. They serve one of their "feast" meals, that feeds 5-6 people, on a trash can lid. How can you not love a restaurant that serves food on a trash can lid?!?!

I've looked up 3 American restaurant chains today because of VST. That's not a good trend!!
