Lisa's Hope 421 Posted March 5, 2013 It is normal. I had the same exact thing. It was very painful. It was like every time I swallowed, I had a spasm. It will take a few weeks but it will subside. Feel better and take care. It gets better everyday. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I experienced lots of discomfort to. remember you just had major surgery..... your still healing and that takes time. the swelling will go down, everything will heal inside and out.....
