tinytears 32 Posted March 4, 2013 I bought some Atkins Frozen meals over the weekend to have something quick to make instead of just grabbing anything..Today I had the Breakfast roll-ups and the Italian Sausage Primavera. They are very good. The roll-ups had four in the box and all I need to eat for lunch was one. I will have 3 more meals out of it.I will also get at least 2 meals out of the sausage dish. I have a few more in the freezer to try. nAnyone else try these? Just thought I would give my thoughts on them. Tina
Livinglifeout 217 Posted March 4, 2013 Look at the carbs in those meals. Most have way to many carbs:)

I have been super tempted to try them, but am worried about sodium content, and there are always only THREE options: breakfast bowl, and the alfredo chicken/broccoli, and the beef tips one. How many more are there out there? And where did you find them? I saw them at the Walmart Neighborhood Market, and HEB. No where else yet.
lilbearzmom 584 Posted March 5, 2013 I have tried one of the chicken ones and one of the breakfast bowls. Not too bad, but not great, either. And the carbs are very low, BTW. Only 5 net carbs. Anything Atkins is going to be low carb. -Kendra

Tina My nut and doctor said I can do smart ones the Protein is high and the portions are not big. They have a great selection of breakfast food and lunches. Also the Iron chef brand of lean cuisines.
