HTC using VST[/quote'] I'm 2weeks out and I have to tell u at first I felt no hunger at all but I started on mushy foods now and all though I don't feel hunger pains like I use to my body tells me when I'm Hungary I feel a little shaky and jittery but no hunger pains at all so don't worrie.. Now head hunger has kicked in a few times and I found myself lookin in the fridge and pantry but then I realized I just ate and was able to control it.. Don't stress it you'll do fine it is different for everyone I found ice chips were my best friend in the hospital but some people say they can't drink anything cold! I love ice in everything I drink so I'm glad I choose the ice chips because I think that set my tummy up to be able to handle cold drinking.. Idk I might me nuts..lol.. But unr right about preparing your mind I did the same thing I read everything I could get my hands on an all the post and people on here helps a lot don't be afraid to ask questions everyone on this site is always there to lend a helping hand.. Now 2wks out I don't have any trouble drinking and getting my fluids in now Protein that's another story the shakes I loved before I can't stomach now! But I'm working on it just remember to be cautious and go slow and u will do fine... Good luck and keep us posted on your date so we can all send a little prayer up for u on that date...
