Eat small quantities of healthy Protein several times a day. work in some veggies. Don't make room for junky, carby food. Don't snack. separate Water from food consumption. Threetimesacharm 1,400 Posted March 4, 2013 I think the answers are quite obvious: Portion Control high calorie snack foods, chips, Cookies, cake, sweets, too many carbs: bread, Pasta, rice lack of exercise grazing liquid calories: milk shakes, chocolate, alcohol the list can go on we all know what not to do.
