How do you define failure?

Anyway, the number one thing to do to be successful is follow the rules! Eat small quantities of healthy Protein several times a day. work in some veggies. Don't make room for junky, carby food. Don't snack. separate Water from food consumption.

The opposite of those is what leads to poor weight loss.

Portion Control is the number one way to maintain that feeling of "restriction"

I think the answers are quite obvious:

Portion Control

high calorie snack foods, chips, Cookies, cake, sweets, too many carbs: bread, Pasta, rice

lack of exercise

grazing

liquid calories: milk shakes, chocolate, alcohol

the list can go on we all know what not to do.
