geneseohubcap 24 Posted March 3, 2013 I believe I am in the midst of a stall. I was sleeved on 1/14, have lost 35lbs but I can't seem to get past that number. I am eating well, absolutely not cheating and nothing is happening. I am so nervous that I won't lose anymore weight. Please give me some advice

diannepj1960 28 Posted March 3, 2013 My surgery was jan 24,and i had a stall for over a week and i was told to up my meals so i set the timer every two hours,to remind me to eat, even when i'm not hungry, and i notice the scale started moving again, and also u could be losing inches that does not show on the scale. i was told to only get on the scale once a week, but it's hard, have u started to exercise yet? i
geneseohubcap 24 Posted March 4, 2013 I keep going in and out of the hospital because I had a stricture. I am cleared to start working out on Monday . I am signing up at my local gym. I weigh myself all the time . Bad habit I know. I really am trying to not focus on the weight so much, but I feel like I am just not going to lose anymore weight. I only lost fifty pounds when I had the lap band and I feel like it is going to be like that again.
alexagonzalez 12 Posted March 4, 2013 Sorry 2/15. I just realized u were in January. Be patient and maybe u need more walking? Or Water intake??
freethinker 6 Posted March 4, 2013 Once I stopped weighing myself everyday - my sanity returned and I began to actually enjoy the process and just check in on the number 1-2 times a week then am happy to see a few pounds progress. I don't think there is any way this isn't going to work for me or you!
canuckpaisa 61 Posted March 4, 2013 I was sleeved 1/15. Week 5 for me I lost like 1.5 lbs while drinking a ton of Water and lots of cardio. Went for 4 days on vacation with family where couldnt weigh etc - and while still followed good eating - had a bite or two of things I liked etc. Came back 7 lbs down The ups and downs are maddinging!
