I believe I am in the midst of a stall. I was sleeved on 1/14, have lost 35lbs but I can't seem to get past that number. I am eating well, absolutely not cheating and nothing is happening. I am so nervous that I won't lose anymore weight. Please give me some advice :(

I keep going in and out of the hospital because I had a stricture. I am cleared to start working out on Monday :). I am signing up at my local gym. I weigh myself all the time  . Bad habit I know. I really am trying to not focus on the weight so much, but I feel like I am just not going to lose anymore weight. I only lost fifty pounds when I had the lap band and I feel like it is going to be like that again.

Once I stopped weighing myself everyday - my sanity returned and I began to actually enjoy the process and just check in on the number 1-2 times a week then am happy to see a few pounds progress. I don't think there is any way this isn't going to work for me or you!

I was sleeved 1/15. Week 5 for me I lost like 1.5 lbs while drinking a ton of Water and lots of cardio. Went for 4 days on vacation with family where couldnt weigh etc - and while still followed good eating - had a bite or two of things I liked etc. Came back 7 lbs down

The ups and downs are maddinging!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
