I do if I go too long between meals and if I'm eating really low carb/high Protein (because of ketosis).

Yep, that is my primary que to eat... Usually it is a sign that I have actually really gone too long.

Nope, in 3 months, I've been nauseous exactly once due to low blood sugar. Other than that, never once had any nausea

I'm only nauseous when I eat too much of a dense Protein. Then I get sick. eggs don't sit well.

Oh ok! Yeah I asked my doctor he said people can get nauseous from the huge change ... So it might just be that for me

Aww ok... Yeah I don't eat too much or fast ; so it couldn't be that. My doctor said its probably the big change I had
