Hello guys..Im post op 4days still miserable with the trapped air in my shoulder and neck ive been moving around more now that im home but cant find any comfort for this

Walk, gas x, alleve really helps and I put a heating pad on my shoulder and it helped a lot! Good luck!

Walk and rub your stomach in a downward position and the gas will start to move. Hope u feel better I had sx on the 28th. ????
