Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer

I was considering purchasing Tony Horton's 10 minute training program and was wondering if anyone has tried it. If you gave tried it let me know your thoughts. I am on my treadmill 30 minutes 5 days a week, but if I could get a better result in 10 that would be great.

I am riding my bike everyday. I do not know about the 10 minute workout.

It advertises great results and was hoping it would work to keep me from having a skin issue. He is the same guy who created p90x. The program is pretty expensive, but is cheap on eBay.

Depends on what your goals are. Cardio 5 days a week is great, strength teaming 3 times per week and cardio 2 times per week is even better! The 10 min. Trainer is great for intervals (getting the HR up) and for working different muscle groups.

I have it and use it when traveling if no gym is going to be accessible. I will do 3 or 4 in a row to get a good workout in.
