rsmont77 101 Posted March 3, 2013 I was considering purchasing Tony Horton's 10 minute training program and was wondering if anyone has tried it. If you gave tried it let me know your thoughts. abetterme4.2 268 Posted May 5, 2013 Depends on what your goals are. Cardio 5 days a week is great, strength teaming 3 times per week and cardio 2 times per week is even better! The 10 min. Trainer is great for intervals (getting the HR up) and for working different muscle groups. I have it and use it when traveling if no gym is going to be accessible.
