yashi whats your numbers? and how many calories are you getting in at 6 months i will be 6 months on the 12th of this month

Im over 2mo out and Im doing under 800 cal.. and 60gr of Protein and 64oz of Water a day.. hard to do at times cuz of work and all.. but I do my best..and im down 60lbs.. YaY me.

I m 164 cm n 6 months back I was 84 kgs.....I m 62 kg today......wanted to loose more 5 kg but haven't lost past 2 months....help me guys

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
