I am going on my 6th week almost with my new sleeve and i just want opinions with my diet.

for example i wake up take my Vitamins go to work drink Water then usually have a yogurt or boost then more water then maybe for lunch lentil Soup or veggie chili or just a Protein Shake then more water then a small cheese circle or stick.

dinner is like chicken with ff brown gravy or tuna or chicken salad. soft carrots or soft broccoli

weekends is 1 to 1.5 scrambled egg, vitamins water lunch is tuna or chili snack is yogurt cheese

lots of chobani and lots of SF pops

tonight i branched out. i had a thin baked pork chop. scraped all the breading off.

plus i had 2 long asparagus.

with a fork full of whipped mashed potatoes.

am i doing ok? am i eating too much or too little? is what im eating ok for my sleeve?

thanks in advance.

am almost 14 weeks out; when I was first cleared for the stage 5 diet I was very concerned with how little I could eat and how difficult it was to eat things like chicken. My surgeon said don't worry, everyone is at their own pace and it is okay to stay on mostly liquids longer. He was right, your body lets you know if what your eating is not working. I can eat almost anything now, although beef and pork are still easier for me than chicken. Morning shakes also work well for me, I get half my Protein and a quarter of my Fluid on my drive to work. I started with premixed but now make my own with skim milk, protein, and fresh fruit using a ninja.
