Kelly1334 52 Posted March 4, 2013 Thank you all for the feedback...i must say after a night of headaches and chills I'm finally starting to feel better i sipped Water and it seemed to have made it go away. i wasn't sure if i was dehydrated as i wasn't much of caffeine drinker. i'm just trying to figure out listening to my body. After ignoring it for so long...it's a new experience thats for sure! I experienced the same thing and I've never drank caffeine. I think it's out body adjusting! Or Atleast that's how I'm figuring lol I'm making it my personal mission to up the Protein today since I can hold fluids hoping to get rid of this slight dizzy/headache.
