sstark1285 40 Posted March 2, 2013 Hi All- I am two weeks out and feeling well. I wanted to run my daily intake by some veteran sleevers to see if I am on the right track. Im still on full liquids/some puree's. I want to make sure im eating what I need to optimize my weight loss. 1 cup plain greek yogurt mixed with 1 scoop Syntrax chocolate Protein powder 2 eggs pureed w 1 tbsp greek yogurt and 1/4 tsp mustard 1/4c pea Soup with 1 tsp ff sour cream 1/4c skim ricotta cheese w 1 tbsp Tomato sauce & garlic powder I ate these things over the course of 1 day with about 2-3 hours in between I drank 69 oz Water or flavored water beverage 600 cals and 64g Protein good? bad? too much? not enough? thanks for the input Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Just know that when you move into solids, you will be struggling to get two eggs in for a little while, so don't be surprised or think that anything is wrong!
