After all the posts of not losing fast enough, I started questioning my loss of almost 25 pounds in almost 8 weeks with a starting BMI of 35. So I did the math. Each pound represents 1.43% of my goal, times 25 pounds, means I've lost 35% of my excess weight! I like that!

I'm high BMI and I am still a slow loser when it comes to the scale... but I'm down 2 dress sizes so I'm losing tons of inches...

Hi Susie! Now, you made me smile because when you put things into that perspective, it is so refreshing :D . I had surgery Jan 16th and I started with 200 lbs (BMI 39), and now I am 174 (BMI 34), so I guess it's all good. I am so happy for everyone else whose weights are falling, and can't help but wish my scale would do the same. But nevertheless, this is the most weight I have lost, so I am very grateful for my sleeve. Just need to stick with the program and drink > 64 oz (still not quite there).
