ANY APRIL SURGERIES?....

Recommended Posts

It was $100 to become distributor for it works. I read some negative stuff too. But the girl I signed under has showed me her own before and afters and it really made a difference. Someone posted that they used it and it worked, but a few days later it came back and then some. I think you are supposed to use it like every 3 days. You don't just use it once and stop. I figured it couldn't hurt, maybe if I start at the beginning of the weight loss my skin won't be so saggy. I haven't used it yet, waiting on steri/strips to come off.

I have staples and steristrips. I don't mind titanium, since I have a titanium hip!

I have to give myself the blood thinner shots in my belly. Don't like that. And today is the first day that my throat hasn't hurt like crazy. But my shoulders do. Weird.

My nurse told me that many people experience shoulder pain. It is the gas working it's way out. I know it sounds odd, but apparently it's true. Maybe the gas rises and manifests in your shoulders?

Thanks, I had heard that gas can hurt in the shoulders. Knowing others experienced it first hand helps. I will go use my massager on my shoulders, put my feet up, and forget it!

Quote I was intrigued by your mention of It Works body wrap. So, I did a search for reviews. The best place to look is Amazon.com. Type this is the search box: It Works! Body Wraps. (1) Ultimate Body Applicators (Health and Beauty) The reviews were eye opening, everything from 5 stars to 1 star. What was interesting is that 93 people gave it 1 star, but only 49 people gave it 5 stars. The discussion is very interesting, so I recommend reading the comments to get a good feel for it. Some buyers got no results, others got fantastic results. So, I'd probably try it after some more research. How much does it cost if you become a distributor? And do tell us your results, rootie3. Promise? I did the It works wraps. I used it on my arms, neck, stomach, and ankles. It did work it was wonderful for 2 days then it came back with a vengeance. I lost 2 inches around my arms and in 2 days I was 3 inches bigger.

You have to keep using them, like every 3 days. But I figured it would help in the long run with all the weight loss.

I can only get about 4 ounces of Protein a day. I am having a really hard time getting more than 4 grams if Protein. Also in the hospital I was on so many different nausea meds at once. I had the patch' date=' a shot, and something in my I.V. I stayed on all 3 for 3 days.[/quote']

Me too with protein today I got 40grams Fluid still working on though

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
