I add fruit to my protien all the time to mix it up a bit! Eggface's blog has a bunch of really good recipes!

I have had no problems with any of the fruits i have used like Strawberries, Bananas, Blueberries, mango. The only fruit i didnt enjoy was frozen raspberry. Those little seed things are pretty annoying. i didnt get sick or feel bad i just didnt like the seeds in my mouth and stuck in my teeth
