NW indiana Dr.'s and private pay

Has anyone been to an excellent local surgeon in the NW indiana? I'm looking into being sleeved and I will be private pay. Has anyone been down this road that can give some advice? Im not going to travel to Mexico for the surgery but I'm not opposed to traveling to another part of the states to save some money if there is a great surgeon there that is also cheaper but I am just now just starting so Id love some advice. Thanks in advance!!

Lutheran Bariatric Center with Dr. Sloan in Fort Wayne. Excellent place!! But unsure about price. I know you get a small discount for self pay though.
