I am a newbie. I am just in the begining stages of going toward the lap band. I just got a referal and scrip from my pcp today. I am really nervous. I need to find a surgeon and hope and pray that my insurance is going to pay.

Did anyone else ever wonder if they were doing the right thing?

anyway, I want to live a full life. I have a beautiful little biy who needs his Mommy, and a great Hubby.

I would even like to have another baby.

So wish me luck. If Insurance doesn't pay I am out of luck.

My insurance did pay and is paying for my repair tomorrow, however, each employer purchases different policies, so even if you have the same provider, the exclusions could be different. It wouldn't hurt to call them and just see?
