tb21872 31 Posted February 27, 2013 I need some ideas! Breakfast has been a struggle for me. Can I get some fast, easy breakfast ideas from y'all???? I am 9 weeks out from surgery. THANKS!
sleever10 109 Posted February 27, 2013 I like 8 oz. of Greek yogurt with 5g of sugar-free lemon or pistachio pudding mixed in. I eat that every day for breakfast! If you have a costco near you their Greek yogurt has 10g of carbs and 24g of Protein per serving.
dgoerlitz 96 Posted February 27, 2013 oatmeal is my go to because it is easy. Also, I bring an egg, some chopped ham, & a little cheese to work with me and microwave it. Sometimes I add some veggies too. It makes a nice little "omelet". I also make my own yogurt and my own granola (so I can control the sugar). That is sometimes breakfast too. akirk 20 Posted March 1, 2013 I'm a Greek yogurt junkie lol, I can't get enough of that stuff. Occasionally I'll have an egg with 2 slices of turkey bacon. Turkey bacon I can make in advance as well, it is good cold or reheated. Along with a boiled egg you have an easy fast Breakfast.< /p>

cyncitygirl 100 Posted March 1, 2013 Lately I've been on a kick of an egg sunny side up with imitation crab meat. Mmmm yum. I love Greek yogurt. I have also been loving a shake: Greek yogurt, ff milk, fruit and sugar free raspberry Torani Syrup. Or a Protein shake w powder, ff milk, Peanut Butter, and sugar free caramel syrup. Mmmm
Wls4me 163 Posted March 9, 2013 I've been making scrambled egg cups for my kids. 1 scrambled egg in each cup of a muffin tin then add cheese, ham, onion, whatever and bake at 350 for 10-15 mins. You can freeze them and then heat up 1 or 2 in the micro and your good to go. Take some sour cream and salsa to dip in. Yum. And portion controlled.
