Took a last minute trip with the kids last week to Disneyworld for 4 days. It is also as I started normal food. Was kinda nervous if I'd lose or gain ....

drum roll ...

Down 7 lbs in 5 days as of this AM!!

Lots of walking and while I was eating normal food - the quantities were super small. went to a Pirate show with beef tenderloin (6oz) and could barely eat a 1/3rd

Jyst wanted to share the god news!
