Lol I had nonfat greek yogurt that was sweetened with fruit and I mixed cottage cheese with sugar free jam. So I didn't eliminate all carbs but it still helped a lot with my cravings. I was out of control with the carbs. Is anyone planning to eat yogurt? Are you mixing it with anything? I don't think I could ever eat it plain... I'm planning to have two over easy eggs with salsa, I don't know that I'll actually eat the whole thing. For lunch I will have chili (turkey) dinner I will make chicken salad with spinach. Starting weight--272 Surgery weight--256 Surgery date- 10/29/12 I typically only weigh once a week but for the boot camp purposes, I will weigh daily--only challenge is I think that I am about 6 days away from my TOM!
