Headaches?

I just started day 5 of my pre op diet and have been having headaches every day. I am on 3 shakes a day and a no carb small meal at night. So far i have been able to get all of my Water in. Is this happening to anyone else?

Omg!! When I was pre- op I only had to do a 2 day liquid diet. Day 1 I felt great. Day 2, the worst headache in the world!! It lasted until the next day of surgery. It's very normal! Your body is wondering where all that food is that it's used to. This too shall pass. Welcome & the best of luck to you. 5 months post op, feel great & 83 pounds lost.
