KrystalP 17 Posted February 26, 2013 Hey , so I was sleeved on 2/20 last week yay! And my birthday is 2/28 and my BF had just asked me is there a way we can get u a sugar free low carb mini cupcake ? I was laughing so hard but I did think it was very cute and considerate . MY question now do u think I can have a scoop of ice cream that is sugar free or something ? Or any suggestions . I would ask my doctor but don't see him till weekend to get JP removed. Thanks

Sassygirl06 962 Posted February 26, 2013 You may have some lactose tolerance issues...some of us do. But yes...I think you can splurge if your tummy feels ok with it...take it slow! Happy early birthday to you!
leeann71 539 Posted February 26, 2013 becareful with ice cream. it is a slider food even if its sugarfree it will probably be high in fat content. maybe just 1 spoonful will not hurt unless you are lactose intolerant then you will feel crappy. happy soon to be birthday. SleeveNZ 219 Posted February 26, 2013 Im sure a spoonful of icecream will not hurt ... or u could resist and have a piece of cake at your birthday next year!

doreyrae 20 Posted February 26, 2013 What exactly is a slider food? ?
ISleevedIt 380 Posted February 26, 2013 What exactly is a slider food?? My understanding is foods with low/none nutritional value and can easier be digested by your stomach, leaving it empty again...Like white bread. Whereas a piece of chicken will take your stomach longer to digest, keeping you feeling full longer and provides you with the Protein you need.
Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted February 26, 2013 Go to a frozen yogurt place and get a sample cup while your bf gets what he wants. Happy Birthday.. Enjoy!
