mommyradd 115 Posted February 26, 2013 Please don't beat yourself up. Take it one day at a time, and hopefully, before you know it, your date will arrive. Once you have the restriction, you get satisfied with very little. shakes are hard and boring, but a great source of Protein. I am 13 weeks out and still take them. shakur154 55 Posted February 26, 2013 Don't beat yourself up. This is no easy Challenge. It is hard! Just take one day at a time. Ps I cheated the first 4 days of my liquid diet.
