Hey everyone I was just wondering if anyone has been approved with HealthSmart Benefit Solutions insurance? I do know they cover the procedure and I am just waiting on my Dr. to work out the details with the insurance company, but I cannot wait... Just was wondering what some of the requirements they want.... Also I am a litte worried because I just found out today they want me to pay HALF of a EGD that was scheduled for this week, I hope they don't expect me to pay HALF of the sleeve!!!!
