ISleevedIt 380 Posted February 25, 2013 I just finished my morning Protein Drink. It's the Premier Protein drink from costco and it's 11 oz. So I spent approximately one hour walking around the house and taking sips of the Protein Shake. Now that I'm finished, I've walked 5342 steps. My pedometer says I've burned 245 calories. The Protein shake is 160 calories. So I know I've lost some weight there. While I'm home the next 4.5 weeks, I think I will keep up this routine for Breakfast Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
cmaloney 151 Posted February 25, 2013 Lol! Very good... That's an excellent way of doing that. I'm 5 months out & I think I'll give that a try also since I drink my shake in the AM also.
