desert19 93 Posted February 25, 2013 Make sure you get lots of Protein in and drink lots of Water. Look for ways to add activity to your daily life in addition to any exercise you do. You will have stalls along the way so just be prepared for them. Don't fret, just keep eating the right stuff and your loss will start downward again. Don't let it become a big psychological killer.
