Fiddleman 4,376 Posted February 25, 2013 Is it allowed? ? Sent from my SCH-I535 using VST Probably, if you just drink the liquid at first. Be careful though as it is going to be high calorie if you drink a lot of it. I think we should wait several months before eating the fruit because it is so stringy. Same thing with oranges. I do not eat grapefruit, but wanted to make a suggestion.

LMFAO575 112 Posted February 25, 2013 I'm 6 weeks out and my Nutritionist cleared me to eat all fruits n veggies. Cooked or raw. I'm peeling a ruby red I picked fresh off a tree just today! Sent from my iPhone using VST
2BonederfulAgain 17 Posted February 25, 2013 Is it allowed? ? Sent from my SCH-I535 using VST At week 4 I started grapefruit and oranges--no liquid just straight fruit. Grapefruit was easy because if you remove skin the texture is awesome, oranges were a bit of a problem, messy without skin. Also high acid sometimes made me uncomfortable. Try it-- either if works or it won't
