JerseyGirl68 1,172 Posted February 25, 2013 Also sleeved on 12/11. Surgery weight was 296 and today I was 260. I had a few weeks with no loss at all, but I've started to kick up my workouts and hopefully that will get me moving in the right direction. Still very happy with everything. I am going to start going back to the nutritionst for motivation and food ideas. My Nutritionist recommended a pedometer, and though I was skeptical, it really does motivate me to move more. I use a FitBit that syncs with My fitness pal. Keeps me on track.
mokee 588 Posted February 25, 2013 I have severe neck and spine pain. I need to exercise and it may help the pain but I just keep procrastinating.
cynbarr 1 Posted February 25, 2013 I was sleeved on December 11th. My surgery weight was 325 and as of this morning I am at 268 pounds. A total of 57 pounds. I have been using my treadmill and doing Water zumba and aerobics. I have only lost a couple of pounds over the last two weeks so will probably have to add some weight training soon. I am very happy with my sleeve and how much better I am feeling.
