Also sleeved on 12/11. Surgery weight was 296 and today I was 260. I had a few weeks with no loss at all, but I've started to kick up my workouts and hopefully that will get me moving in the right direction. Still very happy with everything.

Wow that is great!! We weighted the same thing :-) I also had weeks with no loss I know its my fought though I've been picking on foods I shouldn't be eating, I drink and eat at the same time, haven't been really exercising because of being tooo lazy, and also haven't been taking my Vitamins. I am going to start going back to the nutritionst for motivation and food ideas.

My Nutritionist recommended a pedometer, and though I was skeptical, it really does motivate me to move more. I use a FitBit that syncs with My fitness pal. Keeps me on track.

I have severe neck and spine pain. I need to exercise and it may help the pain but I just keep procrastinating.

I was sleeved on December 11th. My surgery weight was 325 and as of this morning I am at 268 pounds. A total of 57 pounds. I have been using my treadmill and doing Water zumba and aerobics. I have only lost a couple of pounds over the last two weeks so will probably have to add some weight training soon. I am very happy with my sleeve and how much better I am feeling.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
