kooks3003 41 Posted February 24, 2013 Well day one and almost half way through ( since I'm up at 5:30 every morning ) I get my surgery one month from now yay!! So shakes and a Soup or salad or veg for dinner. It's nice to be scared into sticking to the diet. Waited a year for surgery so it's exciting to be so close to changing the rest of my life. I have a wedding at the end of the year so I'm hoping I can have help loosing a chunk of wait with this and excersise.
