kimmy42083 1 Posted February 24, 2013 When are we allowed to add Fiber back into our diets? I'm missing the health benefits of my previous high fiber diet. I just feel so icky, constipated, just generally not healthy when I don't get my fiber. When I dieted before the sleeve, high fiber was what worked best for me.
