I need to do a new comparison pic. This one was done in October. I've probably lost 10 or 15 more pounds since then.

Surgery Date: 4/16/13 Weight: 284. My highest weight ever was 300.

Current weight exactly 8 months later 169.

Holy moley - you have stunning legs )everything else looks great too, but man, those legs look so toned. Are you hitting a gym, walking a lot, or just genetically blessed

I walk a lot but I always thought I had pretty legs - even when I was big. Since it's getting colder out, I'm getting a gym membership. Thanks for the compliments!

I've been getting down on myself a lot lately because I had bronchitis for the last 1.5mths and haven't been able to do any type of exercise. Even going out in the cold air sends me into coughing fits and then I look at these pictures and am reminded how far I've already made it.
