Dottymartin 44 Posted December 28, 2015 Two months post operation and 55 pound (25kg) down. Not quite half of my goal but defiantly on right track. I started gym two weeks ago been going about 4 days week and also do swimming 5 days week. I have found since I been working out my weight loss have slow down. It's bit frustrating but I hope it's due gaining muscle. Anyone with same problem? Cutepretty1 121 Posted December 28, 2015 Let's see if I can get this to work. I started off at 316 (top Hawaii picture). On April 1st had the surgery and now down to 225. I'm so pumped up. I was in a wheel chair about 12 years ago and learned how to walk like a baby. So to be able to get up and out, and to get back down to my military or detective weight is awesome. Looking good and congrats! Down 65lbs. It's nice being in a xl and it's only been three months . I'm excited for the future. Awesome progress!
