M.E.Flores 20 Posted September 28, 2015 Hi everyone! It's been about 10 months now and I am (and have been) in ONEderland for a while! I'll share a before/current pic below. I've never before shown anyone these as they are embarrassing but I am so proud of myself. One thing with a smaller stomach that I have found has been getting in all my fruits and veggies because that is vital. I finally found a company that literally has fruits and vegetables powders in capsule and shake mix form which has seriously changed my life. Anyway, I always post on here every few months to let you all know having the surgery was the best thing I ever did and I am so blessed and thankful to be where I am today. This forum helped me so much pre-op, so I can only hope this reaches/helps out/inspires someone else out there. I'm also on Instagram @ Ahli92. I love making friends! ImageUploadedByBariatricPal1442096727.480572.jpg Girl you look amazing! Awesome job! Im currently 4 months post, down 62 lbs so far, just curious if you don't mind me asking, do you have loose skin? I know everyone is different and im amping up exercise, just thought I'd ask. Again you look great!

MichJohn77 39 Posted September 29, 2015 This was my sleeve. Before 242. A few months ago before revision 182 I have since had sleeve to RNY revision on 8/31/15 and lost another 16 pounds so far. I don't have much to lose and revision was due to scar tissue in sleeve causing severe gerd

nprcowboy 533 Posted September 29, 2015 We are now almost 11 and 10 months post op and looking good down 120 and 160 lbs respectivelyI want my husband to do it with me but he doesn't want to give up beer and food.... which you have to sever your relationship with food. Do you guys have a YouTube??? My wife was determined to get the surgery but i wasnt on board for me until my back went out again and went to back surgeon who said if i didnt get weight off surgery would be pointless on my back as would happen again. So that made up my mind. My wife chose gastric bypass, i went with gastric sleeve so if i wanted in moderation to have a beer or some fries etc i could and not get dumping syndrome.. So your husband "could" in theory enjoy some of his favorite items down the road as treats in moderation, but my relationship with food has changed for sure. I eat much healthier choices now, but also not afraid to have some treats. Like every diet in the world, its all about calorie intake and how much you burn. So if i have a treat or drink, i still try and stay under my daily calorie total. Even if you read my horror story and what i went thru post op, im an advocate to others to get the wls surgery and improve their health. Was still worth it for me. Good luck
