I got sleeved on 12th March 2015 and I have lost around 46 pounds only.

My god Kay you look extremely good. God bless you. Stay happy and healthy.

I've lost about 60 lbs total. Make sure to eat small meals but about 5-6 times a day. Obviously Protein. And walking. I walk a lot. I need to get in the gym though to get out of the stall I am in.
